Tour the Tsugaru Traditional Craft Museum and experience Tsugaru lacquerware making (chopsticks) and a shamisen performance.

Tsugaru lacquerware originates from the Tsugaru region of Aomori Prefecture, characterized by a lengthy and intricate process of repeatedly applying and polishing lacquer to create beautiful patterns. Here, you can try making Tsugaru lacquerware chopsticks.

Kuroishi is a town that has produced numerous folk song performers (singers, hand dancers, shamisen players, etc.). Kuroishi is also one of the leading folk dance towns in eastern Japan, with the Kuroishi Yosare, one of Japan’s three major nagashi odori (flowing dance) performances, held every August. This plan allows you to enjoy the performance during dinner.
